Order info should consist of the following: shipper, customer, tracking number, type and quantity of firearms

Customer to inspect all items prior to transaction, conditions of purchases is the shipper and customers responsibility.  

Receipt of items may not guarantee possession.  Items will ONLY be transferred to purchaser whose name appears on the order/bill of sale paperwork.  All applicable NICS checks apply.  Received items may be returned at customers expense.  Ownership may be forfeited or storage fees applied if items are abandoned or left for extended periods of time without prior arrangements.  See Storage policy for fee schedule.  

Private Party Transfers are accepted and encouraged.  NICS checks will be performed just as any other transfer.  Transfer fees apply.

$75 for each NFA paperwork, prints, pictures and transfers.  

Just like purchasing a firearm, NFA item purchases may not guarantee ownership.  Applicable Form 4 paperwork can be completed onsite and submitted with the required pictures and fingerprints completed in house.  Payment of such items and services is upfront and possession will occur once tax stamp and approval paperwork is received.  Typical wait times can vary from 3-12 months or longer.  Items placed in a firearm trust may take longer.

All NFA itmes purchased from Bar W Armory will be held in purchasers name with the possibility of a refund if denied.  Restocking fees may apply.  Paperwork fees will not be refunded.  

Transfers of NFA items will be held pending results.  If denied, it is the customers responsibility to request a refund or make other arrangements with the seller and cover all return shipping costs if needed.  

An approved form 4 with tax stamp is required for any and all NFA items.  

The hardest part of the NFA process is the wait time.

All purchases may be made by cash or check with matching ID.  

Debit or Credit Card purchases may result in additional 3% fee.  Canceled/hot checks will be reported and additional fees of 50% may be applied.  

All purchases are final and may not be exchanged or returned.

Defaults in manufacturing or workmanship are to be handled by the manufacturer directly.  No implied warranty exists unless honored by the manufacturer.  All applicable NICS checks apply. 

Storage may be available upon request.  Fees will apply if transfer items are held for 30 days or more without notice.  Once in storage, all fees and NICS checks must be completed and current before items may be returned.  Items will ONLY be returned to the owner with proof of identification.  30 days without notification will incur storage fees at rates listed below.  Items accruing fees without prior arrangements, will continue to add up to the value of the firearm, at which time the item will be considered abandoned and will become the property of Bar W Armory.  Items in storage WITH prior arrangement will get 50% off monthly storage fee. 

Storage fees do not apply to NFA items while waiting on tax stamp.
